Question: How can I get help if I have a problem?

Question: How do I download my eBook?

Answer: Our purchasing system will allow you up to 30 days to complete the download of your eBook, and you can download the eBook up to 5 times within those 30 days without additional support.

If you have lost your eBook and your download period has expired, you can still contact us for support. We keep a record of all purchases of eBooks. If you have purchased an eBook from us and have a need to download it again then just contact us and we will make it available to you. Email us at with any problems regarding your eBook.

Question: What is your refund policy?

Answer: We will work with you to solve any problem you may encounter. However, you are dissatisfied in any way, contact us and we will provide a credit or a refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Question: I didn't get a confirmation email.

Answer: You should get a confirmation email after registering, making a purchase or sending or receiving gift certificates, but the email may have been blocked by your spam filter. Please make sure that your spam filter will accept email from and then check your spam or junk folder for the missing email.

Question: I can't log in to my account because I forgot my user id and/or password.

Answer: Your user ID is the email address that you used when you signed up for an account. To reset your password, visit the "forgotten password" page and follow the instructions.

Purchasing FAQ

Question: Why do I need to set up an account to purchase an eBook?

Answer: We need to keep accurate records of all of the purchases made on our website and therefore require that all customers set themselves up with an account before they purchase their eBook. In the unlikely event that there is a problem which requires technical support, we need to have an accurate record of your order.

Question: How do I set up an account?

Answer: There are two accounts that you will require. An account at, and also an account with PayPal (for credit card processing only). To set up an account at visit our registration page. Fill out the form including your email address as your user ID and select and enter a password. Make a note of your login information so that you can come back later to check your account or to download your purchases again.

Question: What methods of payment do you accept?

Answer: We accept all payments through Paypal, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and direct Bank withdrawals.

We will also accept a check made out to Master Point Press. (See the contact page for our mailing address). Once the check has cleared we will apply a gift certificate credit to your account so that you can make your purchases and download your eBooks.

Question: What currency can I use to buy my eBook?

Answer: Our prices are based on the US dollar so if you are not in the US, all prices will be automatically converted to your native currency by your bank or credit card company. To view an estimate in another currency, select a currency option from the drop-down menu box in the bottom right corner of the eBooksBridge website. Please note that this is just an approximation and that the final value will vary.

Question: Are there any applicable taxes?

Answer: Since eBooksBridge is based in Canada, we are required to charge GST for all sales occurring within Canada. There are no taxes for international orders.

Question: How do I download my purchase?

Answer: To find your downloads, first login to your account, then select "My account" at the top right menu. Your recent orders will be displayed at the top of the window. Click on the "View" button to see more details on your order. Click on the "Download" button to download your purchases.

Question: Can I see past purchases?

Answer: Your recent purchases will be listed under your account information. Click "My Account" to see a list of all of your recent purchases. After a period of time your purchases will no longer be displayed. If you need to review your previous purchases and they do not appear under your account information please contact

Question: Does eBooksBridge only sell products for download?

Answer: Yes. For printed books and software including a CD-ROM, please visit or your local bookstore.


Question: I am an author of bridge books. Can I make my book available on eBooksBridge?

Answer: If you are the author of a self-published bridge book, we may be interested in publishing it under the Honors eBooks imprint. For more information on this program, visit our Honors eBooks FAQ for authors.

Question: How do I contact an eBook author?

Software FAQs

Question: What are the system requirements for the software packages that you sell.

Question: When will I be able to download and install my software?

Answer: As soon as your payment with PayPal has cleared, you will be re-directed back to our website and your download will be made available immediately. In some cases, PayPal puts a hold on the payment and does not transfer the funds immediately. As soon as the payment has completed, the download will be activated.

Question: The display of the software program is very small. How do I make it bigger?

Answer: The software packages are designed for a specific screen size and resolution. The only way to increase the size of the font is to decrease your screen resolution. Our software packages will run on a screen resolution as low as 600 pixels high by 800 pixels wide.

Question: I am experiencing odd display problems with my interactive bridge book software. What can I do?

Answer: There is a known display issue with some of the software packages that causes text and background boxes to display smaller than they should appear. This error happens when the program window is moved around on screen using a large resolution. To correct the problem, close the software and re-open the interactive CD-ROM book. Do not move around the program window. You may also wish to reduce your screen resolution to make the program appear larger on the screen.
